I just wanted to let you know that our son, Thomas Alderson, is directing a concert performance of CARRIE: The Musical (based on Stephen King’s best-selling thriller) – one night only, Monday, November 16, at St. Michael’s College School Theatre, 1515 Bathurst St., Toronto.

Don’t miss this incredible one-night-only concert performance starring Dora Award Winner Lisa Horner and The Shaw Festival’s Tess Benger. Also featuring cast members from Mirvish Production’s Kinky Boots, The Wizard of Oz, Once, and The Stratford Festival.

Based on Stephen King’s thrilling novel, it tells the story of Carrie White, a misfit teenager who begins to discover she has telekinetic powers. Stunted by her over bearing, extremely religious Mother and ostracized by her classmates at school, Carrie tries to fit in with the crowd, only to have her worst nightmare realized at the senior prom.
